I have handled back-office work from several companies such as IBM/Concentrix and Teletech with accounts Lloyds Banking Group and United Health Group. I audit insurance sold in error by the bank and I review documents sent by the dental offices via fax to do updates with the provider's demographics, office information, member's claims and tax information if necessary. I have done outbound calls for a year for website navigation, password resets, knowing the reason as to why the office managers gave a failing survey to a representative and to verify confidential information and requests of valid paperworks. I have been a virtual assistant for 8 months for real estate investors and marketing consultant.
