I have had over 30 years experience in the corporate and non-profit business world. Most recently I was Senior Office Manager for 16 years at a non-profit organization where my responsibilities included responding to telephone and email inquiries, updating the website content (WordPress), creating and maintaining a database of in excess of 7,000 entries, creating and distributing a bi-monthly newsletter and quarterly e-magazine, and planning and executing Conferences.
Previously, I was Senior Executive Administrative Assistant to the Sr. VP, R&D, of a world-renown pharmaceutical company. This position was all encompassing from creating a daily/weekly schedule for the VP, planning and booking (flights and hotels) business trips abroad to word processing and responding to correspondence, both written and by email. Work Terms
My office hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST however, I am more than willing to work the hours as requested by the client if different. Payment is via PayPal or e-transfer of funds.
