Hi, My name is Kathleen Joy Porras ,married with 2 kids, currently residing in Isulan, Sultan Kudarat,Philippines.

I had previously worked in a BPO industry for a total of 3 years and 7 months as Customer Service Representative and a little of being a technical support representative. I was an email, chat and voice support for different accounts like Dish Network, XBOX 360, AT&T Cricket Wireless and Soufeel Jewelry. It was indeed challenging role to be in Customer Service field but I was able to make it through. I believe success comes with working with the right attitude and good values .

After I left the BPO industry I had been a full time mom, I’m a very hands-on mom so spending more time with my kids and being able to fully take care of them while working at the comfort of my home is truly a great achievement. I had been a home based worker for more than a year as an External Consultant for a public affairs and strategic communications consultancy and also worked as Customer Service Representative and Social Media Moderator for an eCommerce accounts which are only seasonal and contractual accounts.

Currently I am seeking for a more permanent and stable work from home where I can utilize and diversify my skills and experiences at the same time be a valuable contribution and help a business to grow and be more successful. I’m very passionate of what I’m doing, flexible in any given task and I always have this willingness to learn new things.

Work Terms

I can work for 30 to 40 hours per week
