I was in the BPO industry for 7 years before I decided to go full time in freelancing. I used to be a regular customer service representative for almost all verticals, including sales, but was then promoted as a product trainer for a financial account. I am a member of Odesk since 2010 and earned 90%+ rating across all clients where I did article creation and spinning, e-book ghostwriting, book reviewing, market research, data entry and virtual assistance for a software development company. My experience as a VA is pretty much like a jack of all trade - I do Marketing, Sales, Admin and Graphic Designing tasks. Lean six sigma passer and currently taking steps to level up.

Works from Mondays-Saturdays. 8AM PT- 12MN PT. Prefers bank transfer, Paypal and WU payments.
