I help small business owners who are ready to take their business to the next level, find and attract their ideal clients by creating powerful brands and smart marketing plans.
As a marketing strategist, I bring over twenty years of experience and an eclectic background to help businesses develop and implement marketing and communication strategies. I began my career at Doubleday & Co. as an editor specializing in performing arts books. Then I moved on to hold a variety of positions in the nonprofit arena – publishing manager, educational center director, marketing and public relations manager, and event producer. My roles in strategic and organizational leadership took me throughout the US and Europe as I recruited and managed teams and projects. My entrepreneurial spirit and lifelong passion for music led me to create a music management and concert production company in 2002, 4D Music. I later went on to expand my consulting focus to a broader range of businesses and in 2010 established KB Marketing Communications. Driven by a passion for individual and cultural evolution, and creative collaboration, I thrive on working with people committed to leading-edge change in media, arts, and culture. My interest in supporting women’s personal and professional growth inspired me to co-found the Evolving Women’s Alliance in 2011, an organization devoted to education about women’s history and cultural issues relevant to women today. Most recently I produced and marketed a documentary film and short narrative.
Work Terms
My working hours are flexible. I will also be happy to offer project proposals rather than hourly rate estimates.
