I’m someone who really goes above and beyond to make things happen.

Well,ive been working for the past 4 years on a BPO company. I've been an agent,a coach and Local resource planner on my previous company. During the time when i was an agent i always looked forward having a position, i worked hard for it. the company got an opening for coach and i didn't hesitate to apply because i know that i am qualified for it,i got the position. i loved working and coaching new agents. i loved helping them and transferring my knowledge to them. but being a coach did not stop me to apply for other position. i applied as Local resource planner on the same company and i got the job as well. i dont want to stop till i get what i want coz i know that i deserve it. i can say that i am successful in every job and workload because i gain a lot of colleagues. i learned a lot in every job or task that was given me. and some of my agents when i was still a coach they were now a team leader helping and transferring their knowledge to the new agents.
