I've been at the Bpo industry for 2years.. I'm a Customer Service Representative before I handled Financial, order taking, sales accounts. I'can do multi tasking and also flexible.. I can handle stress in a good way.. You'll dont have any problems with when it comes to time management. When I handled a Financial account (Target Redcard) I always received a lot of complaints but I always give them the best resolution I can give. I always make every guest happy because I served them happy..
I'm hardworking, I can adopt fast to the new environment I will be assigned.. Also Im a fast learner, honest, trust worthy. I will always keep you posted when it comes to work..
