I am writing to apply for the position of virtual assistant or appointment setter with your company. I posses 2 yrs. as a customer service rep , a year as a personal assistant, and 6 months as VA for a Construction cleaning company and i enjoy the variety of work the job brings me everyday.
As a freelance VA and record keeping or appointment setter i will provide a number of services including document preparation, maintaining files. My knowledge of computer programs allows me to easily take on any task I am assigned.I am a quick study and welcome challenges as well. As a detail oriented professional I take pride in completing my assignments and tasks on time and with accuracy.
For the past few years, I have been able to improve my communication skills as a customer service representative and chat support. I am also very good in proofreading articles or books, i am a very determined and focus type of employee to provide the best service, On the other hand i am also a very enthusiastic and patient and a keen listener to provide customer care.
