About

The service industry is not new to me since I worked in the hospitality industry, BPO industry and restaurants industry. I worked in the hospitality industry in the back office before jumping to the BPO industry to start as a customer service representative before becoming an assistant team lead then later on a quality assurance analyst. It took me 8 years in the that industry thus my skills in customer service, administrative, management and processes were honed.

Upon leaving the BPO industry, I ventured to become an entrepreneur and started a small business. Having this would be enough for me but I longed for additional challenges that would further sharpen and develop my skills in other areas. One of the best things that happened since the time of the internet was the remote work at home platforms such as this one. This is such a superb platform for people like me as I can maximize the time and possibly provide my services to clients globally.

Work Terms

In terms of work hours, I can work full time or part time. Since I am from North East Asia, I would prefer work hours similar to our timezone but I am also amenable to work from a different time zone. Since I have just started in this platform, the pay rate would depend on the kind of project that would be assigned to me.
