Managing, organizing and handling confidential correspondences, maintenance of account of all bills received/paid.
Preparing and reviewing operational reports, schedules, goals and deadlines.
Oral & written communication and presentation skills.
Day-to-day material movement
Preparation and review of operational reports and schedules.
Planning and administration of budgets for contracts, equipment and supplies.

Work Terms
