I've worked in diverse locations and settings to help children and adults from disadvantaged communities access quality education, job training, and job opportunities.
Kayt brings ten years of experience in education and workforce development across diverse organizations and contexts. Most recently Kayt supported the Perkins School for the Blind to develop their first workforce development program helping blind and visually impaired young adults land their first jobs in business and customer service. Kayt has also served as a workforce development consultant in long-term care, working with long-term care providers to improve staff recruitment, training, and retention. Prior to that Kayt's experience focused on international teacher training, serving as the global training director for Bridge International Academies, a large chain of low-cost private schools across Africa and India, and a senior program manager with Teach for India.
