Work Terms

I am available Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT+6). For urgent projects or time-sensitive deadlines, I can adjust my availability, including occasional weekend support when needed.
Payment Terms:
Payment Schedule: I work on a milestone-based or monthly retainer structure, depending on the project’s scope. Invoices are typically issued at the end of each milestone or monthly, with payments due within 7 days of the invoice date.
Accepted Payment Methods: I accept bank transfers and PayPal, but am open to discussing other secure payment methods.
Late Payments: A late fee of 5% per week will be applied for overdue payments beyond the agreed-upon terms.
Preferred Communication Style:
I prefer to communicate through email and Zoom for project updates and discussions. For quick or urgent matters, I’m available on WhatsApp or Slack to ensure timely communication.
Response Time: I strive to respond to all communications within 24 hours during my regular working hours.
