Experienced and seasoned graphics, illustrator and conceptual artist with history of gallery work.
Kevin B. O’Neil got his start as a painter while living out in Los Angeles, CA. There he worked as a concept artist for platforms such as Nintendo, PlayStation and Apple while developing his style as an artist. Since moving to Cincinnati, OH his work has transformed into the look he is most recognized for. Mixing Tattoo, Street and illustration art, his unique style has begun to get him notice within the artist community that has emerged in Cincinnati and on both coasts as well.
Now currently living in Cincinnati, his passion is with the traditional art consistently painting and illustrating for various commissioned projects and gallery showings. His work has been accepted in numerous galleries within the Tristate area, as well as being used in creating concert posters for local musicians, venues and festivals. Along with the showings, he also donates his talents to various charity organizations such as the “Make a Wish Foundation”, the “Second Chances Foundation” and recently having a community mural commissioned through the “Artworks of Cincinnati”. He has also donated original pieces to the Bodega Wine Bar (Santa Monica, CA) benefit art auction to help raise money for the organization OneHeartforHope.org, as well as the "Help the Jersey Shore" benefit in Hollywood CA. Kevin has recently gone international creating a custom design and mural for the “Kwelanga House” in Cape town, South Africa through the I Heart Garments company out of Columbus, OH.
Within the last year he was recruited to create and develop a comic strip for the upcoming collection book called “the Sunday Comic” which will be published later this year and begun work on a new comic book based on a modern take on the King Arthur story. His work has also been seen as the cover art for a collection of short fantasy stores titled “21st Century Tales of High Fantasy”. Most recently he designed and painted a mural for the new Queen City Exchange Bar in downtown Cincinnati.
Work Terms
Monday thru Sunday, time frame as needed. Minimum 20$ an hour for any design work / painting. Longer projects can be negotiated ahead of time for price and time limit.
