Having Spent nearly a decade in the non-profit and higher education sectors, I have developed an understanding for how complex organizations operate and how to best overcome business process pain points.
My greatest Salesforce CRM strengths are:

- Recording existing business process and transforming the Salesforce platform to help your team maximize efficiency
- Training end users and driving cultural change
While not busy helping clients maximize the return on their Salesforce investment, I operate an outdoor recreation based business, serve as the president of the local chamber of commerce, and coach the local collegiate timbersports team.
Work Terms
I am located in Northern New York State and operate between 8:30am and 3:30pm Eastern Time.
All traditional communication forms are welcome, including phone, email, text and Salesforce Chatter. My only communication-based requirement is that expectations are made clear early in the process and communication remains consistent.
All payment will be made in accordance with terms agreed upon at the beginning of a project.
