Real Estate & Private Equity Executive
I currently make opportunistic real estate investments in southeastern New England. Portfolio includes 160 apartment units and a few single-family rehab/development projects. I was formerly the SVP of Acquisitions & Financing at a New York City-based private equity real estate firm with over $1 billion of assets under management. There, I led all underwriting and financial analysis for the Acquisitions team while also managing due diligence and capital-raising activities. Portfolio included residential, retail, office, industrial, and hotel assets in several countries. I have a B.A. from Yale University and I earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2012.
