I worked as a Fraud Analyst on a contact center here in the Philippines. I handled eBay and worked there as Trust and Safety Specialist. I handled accounts that are reported to be fraud. Investigates disputes and/or reports for unauthorized purchases, transactions, account take over.

I am also trained as a Compliance Specialist on an Online Money Transfer Company Xoom.com. We verify and check every Transfer, if those are complying with our guidelines and policy.

Third, I am currently employed in a small call center as a debugger/tester. I started as a CSR/TSR/Billing Specialist in an online faxing company. Now, I test the website/service, for bugs, issues, glitches, errors, etc. and working closely with our client.
