Keith Ritter Media provides a diversity of consulting services in the areas of media, management, and marketing. We help clients “find out.” In particular, we focus on how companies can utilize digital media of all forms as well as to enhance traditional media in meeting their corporate goals. We focus on helping organizations improve their performance, primarily through the analysis of the existing business, recognition of opportunities, and development of plans for action.

Examples of Services:
• Strategic business planning: Developed and managed the digital media strategy for a major group of sports networks. Provided ongoing consulting to management in the areas of business plan strategy, partnerships, web analytics, and traffic-building. Provided detailed analysis of web analytics and used results to focus business plan on building revenues.
• Community building: Built a social media strategy and plan for a manufacturer of licensed sports collectibles. Worked with client staff to implement and maintain the plan.
• Research and presentation: Researched sports market for a client selling mobile middleware. Built their sales presentation and worked with management to deliver presentation effectively. Provided contacts for sales and accompanied client on sales calls.
• General Management: Conducted a business plan review on behalf of an investor in one of their portfolio businesses. Made recommendations on staffing, budgeting, and product development. Was retained afterward to provide on-going advice to management.
Work Terms
I will do work on a project basis where there is a defined beginning, end, and scope of work. Most clients prefer to retain me on a monthly basis. I ask for 50% of the agreed upon project fee upfront or the first month's retainer in advance.
