I am a WAHM that specializes in Customer Service via my virtual call center. I have 16 years of experience as a customer service rep and 8 of those years as a Customer Service Manager for an online Candle Co. So, I do know a thing or two about how to treat customers and keep them coming back!

Work Terms

I offer my calling services to U.S Businesses only- I do not work internationally at this time.

My work hours are Monday- Friday, 8:00 am- 5:00 pm unless another time is requested otherwise.

I expect to be paid promptly upon request at an agreed-upon date.
