Over 20 years experience as an administrative assistant, I've worked in banking, insurance, event planning, human resources and most recently legal (mostly in intellectual property).
Excellent computer skills/knowledge (MS Office) : document formatting, PowerPoint presentations, Excel tables, Outlook (email management).
Translations : letters/reports/presentations from English/French or French/English.
Transcription : dictated letters, reports, etc.
Work Terms
Hours:
Monday to Friday evenings (EST) : 6:30PM to 11PM
Saturdays (EST) : 9AM to noon.
Payment Terms:
Paypal or eTransfer
Negotiated terms of payment according to project or workflow.
