Functions Performed
• Project Manager/Business Analyst: manage full life cycle of SFDC purchase, implementation, integration into existing CRM/ERP's, client facing communications, training, updates, status reports, liaison between client and development team, travel, UAT (user acceptance training), testing, technical and business requirements gathering/documentation, managing the time/budget, LOE (level of effort) to ensure project is completed on time and within budget.
