I want you to know, I have been there.
The heartbreak, anxiety, depression, the whys, the I worked so hards, I have been to all those places. A number of years ago I went through a devastating break up a concurrent job layoff plus an unsuspected move from my home, all in the same two months. I was so broken; I limped through life for years. One of the methods I utilized to help me through my suffering was Emotional Polarity Therapy(EPT) and since I have become an EPT practioner.I am an ordained minister and improvisational theater teacher, I know how people work!

I can help you; I can guide you through your pain and even open you up to the possibilities that are all around us. We can turn words like depression, anxiety and broken into happy, peaceful and fulfilled.
