I have fifteen years experience in all facets of IT. I started on a help desk and was quickly promoted to Jr. Admin (within a few months of working on the help desk) in my first job. Since then I have worked in software companies, data centers, and a municipal government. I have worked on everything from pesky printers to complex multi-site networks with stringent security requirements. I have a passion for small business and love a good technical challenge.
