Ken was a "Joy" to work with. I am not a technical person and don't have any understanding of how the book I'd written, had to be composed for CreateSpace to publish it. Ken explained, in simple terms, what had to be done. When we hit an unexpected glitch with them, and after he was paid, he quickly corrected what they should have told us about earlier. Ke was easy to work with. I'll use him, again, and recommend him to others.
