Everything--except death--has a solution.
For the last 25 years I've taught technical communication and research skills. I hold a PhD in technical communication from Texas Tech University and an MLIS in library and information science from the University of Texas. In addition to teaching, I've written technical documents, developed websites, researched products, and tested many, many poorly designed websites and applications. I've tried to make them better and mostly succeeded. Additionally I've completed and published original research on website localization and call centers--particularly intercultural call centers.
Work Terms
I cannot commit more than 8 hours per day to a project, but I can work any hours. I can get up in the middle of the night to skype with someone on the other side of the world. I insist on being paid within 30 days of completing a project, and I prefer to communicate via e-mail, but don't mind talking via the telephone or skype.
