Ensuring Data Accuracy and Efficiency for Smarter Decision-Making.
My journey into data and supply chain management began with a passion for organization and efficiency. After high school, I worked as a clerk at a microfinance institution, managing client records and ensuring data accuracy. This experience sharpened my attention to detail and introduced me to structured data management.
Eager to expand my knowledge, I pursued a Logistics and Supply Chain Management degree at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. My hands-on internships at the Electricity Company of Ghana solidified my understanding of inventory control, procurement, and data-driven decision-making. In the materials and transport department, I engaged in stock-taking and inventory analysis to enhance operational efficiency.
After graduation, I became the Inventory Assistant at St. Joseph Hospital, where managing medical supplies required precision. My responsibilities included updating stock records, tracking inventory movement, and ensuring a steady supply chain. Using Excel for data entry and cleaning, I applied techniques like sorting, filtering, and pivot tables to analyze stock trends and prevent shortages while maintaining data integrity.
My experiences across corporate and healthcare settings have strengthened my abilities in data management and supply chain optimization. I thrive on accuracy and efficiency, valuing data integrity and operational excellence. As I continue my professional journey, I remain eager to apply these skills in dynamic environments that inspire me.
