Expert Telemarketer, Appointment Setter, Virtual Assistant
Hi! My name is Kenneth Balderrama and I am from the Philippines.Before I became a upwork freelancer, I first worked at some local BPO's here in my area for 3 years. Some of the project that I have handled includes being a Customer Service Representative for Amazon.com for 1 year before I became the team leader for that project where I manage over 5,000 CSR Agents.I also worked as a telemarketer for a Health Insurance Company in the US where we sell FInal Expense Plans. I also handled a Telemarketing Campaign/Project for the OMC Group where we call various businesses and promote our services to them on our website. I also have experience in inbound/outbound calls. I also handled a Tax Reform Project where we call customers to introduce and sell our services to them to help them deal with their tax debt. And my last project is with some Cleaning Companies in the US and I am the one who sets appointments for our sales team.
