I started working as a Customer Service Representative in an Insurance Company from January 2011 up to present. I gained a lot of experience & skills such as data encoding, document processing, data analysis. Prior to this work, I worked in a Bank Institution as an Office Staff under Fraudulent Monitoring Department wherein we monitor suspicious bank transactions & submitting reports.
As a person, I believe in the values found in the Bible & striving to live with those principles that will help me to become a good person.
My hobbies are reading books, playing guitar and cooking food.
