I graduated Bachelor of Science in Information Technology back in 2009.

I have six years of experience working as a customer service representative/sales associate in two of the major electronics company in Dubai, UAE. I also worked as a customer service representative in BPO for 3 years handling Sprint account which caters mostly Outbound Sales for a telecom company in the US and part of my job is to provide information about products and services we offer, take orders or cancel accounts, obtain details of complaints and perform activities which includes but not limited to adjusting bills and refunding money to the customers. I possess a very good background and knowledge in Technical Support as well as Office management work.
I am a service-oriented person, motivated, reliable, and have the ability to work successfully on own initiatives as part of the team.
