Optimistic is the key to success
I have experienced in a programming role where my team was required to meet the deadline. I have also experienced being an intern as a Data Encoding and Technical Support in PhilHealth. This role taught me how to handle a busy and dynamic environment. I learnt to adapt to different customer needs to meet my monthly goals.
Communication skills, the ability to communicate clearly and effectively by verbally, email or even phone messages. Honesty, if I did a mistake I didn't cover it up, I admit it, and learn not to do it again. Work ethic, being at work on time, meet the targets and deadline. Eager and willing to add to their knowledge base and skills, I want to expand my knowledge and explore new ways of doing things. Problem-Solving, I will do my best to solve the problem I've also encourange my team and motivate them to work hard.
