I've been working since I graduated high school. My first Job was at a call centre in Honduras as a telemarketer, that's right, I was that annoying guy on your phone with an unbelievable promotion! But it was a very educating experience as I got to develop my persuasion skills, my charisma and most importantly; my confidence as I found it was a key part in making sales. I used to make and receive up to 150+ calls a day convincing folks to take part in a programme, complete a survey or just assist them with their Satellite radio.
Since then I've transitioned into the retail market industry and I've found a new love for food. Acting as the Tastings Coordinator for one of the largest grocery stores in the Cayman Islands, I've found myself indulging in foods I never thought I would have in a lifetime, of course along with that privilege came an administrative side preparing sales reports, feedback reports and creating a tasting schedule for multiple departments in the store.
Now, I've found myself in need of a little extra income, so I decided to take my skills, dive into a new industry and put them to work. I've had lots of experience with Microsoft Office having had to use these tools extensively in both lines of work.
So whatever task, job or project you may have at hand, you can rest easy knowing you have efficiency and reliability taking care of everything.
