Paralegal services for personal injury – reporting claims, requesting medical records, client contact by phone/email/snail mail to check in on treatment on your behalf, very advanced research to prove accident liability (including following up with witnesses, contacting 911 to seek calls related to accident), research of accident locations using google earth to find additional resources to prove liability, write demands to insurance companies on behalf of attorney’s office, communicate PIP pymt direction, etc.
