For the past 2 years, I have been experiencing Email Handling, Social Media Marketing, Customer Service and Data Entry. I was able to expand my knowledge, learn new skills and work with team members to develop business workflow. Now, I want to share my knowledge to the Guru employers so that they can benefit from my expertise in any of these given fields.

The last year, I have started working as an Email Handler, Virtual assistant, Customer Support Representative and Social Media Manager for many of eCommerce stores. Diplomed in 2016, I was studying IT Networks. At this time, I also managed to get my CompTIA A+ certificate. In 2018, I decided to pass Cisco exams. I went on to be CCNA certified.

For two years now, I work in the University of Port-au-Prince's IT database.
