About

I am a hard and efficient worker

I graduated from Wichita State University in 2010 with a Bachelors in Marketing and Real Estate. I spent time working as a property manager for about a year and a half working with over 80 properties at a time. I was responsible for making sure all properties were rented out and getting any repairs needed done quickly and efficiently. During that time I was also in charge of all online marketing and aiding in website design. After that time I worked with Sprint Wireless as an assistant store manager, where I wrote all schedules for employees and did all initial interviews for potential employees. I would also work with the store manager to analyze store sales and create sales and development plans for the store as a whole as well as individual. I would then move to Starbucks as a store manager where I oversaw all aspects of the store. I created sales and development plans for all employees and the store. I also create plans to reduce costs for the store and increase profitability in the store. I was in charge of all hiring for the store and oversaw each employees initial and continued training. I am currently working with a non profit organization that works in the US as well as East Africa. I am currently stationed in Kenya and work throughout Kenya Uganda and Rwanda. My main responsibility currently is setting up and fixing problems that we are having with a child sponsorship program. My secondary tasks revolve around working with battered women and girls and helping other women that can't afford their basic needs, and working with different groups to teach basic business and management skills in order to provide better opportunities for those who can not afford school.

Work Terms

With my current location email is the best way to communicate with me and I have the ability to work up to 25 hours most weeks, mostly Friday and Saturday. Depending on the project and the week I may have more time to work on its completion.
