Dragonflies Butterflies and Bees was created in 2001, following 13 years of successful leadership in sales and marketing for hyper growth technology companies. After two engagements and successful exits in two years, I was offered an executive position to help build the "New Kodak" and returned to the corporate world. Since 2003 I have held C-level positions at four companies, which all experienced great levels of success across all metrics, including three successful exits. In 2018, I re-started the DBB practice focused on helping transform companies in the digital media and technology space. I work closely with boards and Chief executives to help think and support cultural and operational transformations to help improve business performance. I am completing a year long project with the Society of Motion Pictures and Television Engineers ( SMPTE) the global standards organization for movies and television, loved the experience and looking for my next engagment
