I have been working with Key Ideas for over a year now developing and upgrading my website and they have always exceeded my expectations. The site which required many customized features performs exactly as I wanted it. Key Ideas accommodated my most detailed requests without complaint or cost overruns. They invariably met the dead-lines which we set and went out of their way to arrange Skype conferences despite the inconvenient time difference between Delhi and San Francisco. This is my second evaluation of Key Ideas Info Tech and I am again impressed. They had just completed a web site for me and without my asking they checked my work and found that I was making some mistakes. They suggested an extra training session which I was grateful they offered. Since they are in Delhi and I am in California, I appreciated their getting up early in the morning for a Skype call which went off very smoothly.
