I have extensive experience in managing Excel, Word, Power Point, Publisher, Access, Outlook, in addition to file management skills, research and writing techniques. In my work experience, I have been a secretary and clerk, in those jobs I have worked with employee databases and administrative and accounting files of the company. In addition to the management of personnel and bank accounts. In my last job I was in charge of a group of 10 employees.
Currently I have a team of 3 reliable people, with experience in the Office system, which guarantees that delivery times are shorter.
I try to focus 100% on what I do and not stop until the job is done. I like to check things up to 3 times to make sure everything is correct, since I can't bear to deliver a poorly done or messy job. I am highly responsible, I do not support delays, for this reason I always meet deadlines and keep my clients informed of the progress of the project.
Work Terms
I usually work 6 hours a day from Monday to Saturday. I usually push to receive my payments 3-4 days after finishing the job, and preferably in USD. My level of English is very basic, so I prefer that communication and projects be in Spanish.
