Flexible Administrative Professional
I am sure you have heard numerous freelancers discuss what their skill sets are and what they can offer, but let's step back a moment. What are your (the employer's) needs and expectations? This is what I would like to know. I want to take my knowledge and experience and apply it to YOUR needs. Flexibility and communication are key components of getting the assignment done, and done right. For example, if you want me to schedule a business trip for you, I want to know - when do you need to arrive at your destination, what is the most cost-effective way of getting there? Are there any restrictions, delays? Alternate means of travel should any issues arise? Knowing what your employer's expectations are and what an assistant can do for you. That is what's important. And that is what I strive to do in any assignment. I will give 110% of my time and energy in getting the assignment done, and done right, according to my employer's needs and expectations.
Work Terms
I am flexible to work in most time zones, with a slight preference for a third-shift type of assignment (11:00 pm to 7:00 am EST). I do not like cold-calling individuals. I am in the process of upgrading my office environment for both efficiency and convenience. I do have access to office equipment (fax, copier, scanner) should the need arise. As far as payment is concerned, I prefer you use SafePay Escrow, which is an efficient way of payment, as well as E-Checks, or Wire Transfer. As stated in my profile, I am flexible to your needs as an Employer, and will work with you in order to get the assignment done as per your instructions.
