My name is Ma. Karen B. Sarte. I graduated from a Vocational two year course in Computer Programming. I currently reside in Mabalacat City, Pampanga Philippines. I had a 10 years of experience as a QA Officer /Office Staff in Quanta Paper Corporation and my daily task includes:
- Actual Communication with internal and external parties.
- Assist team in documentation during audit such as ISO 9001, FSC, Green Choice,
Watson, HALAL.
- Supervises and leads the team for continuous improvement.
- Aim to achieve number 1 Quality Objective that is to meet or exceed customer
expectation.
- Keep the department organized and clean by monitoring all the quality reports and
equipment’s in place.
- Send daily reports thru Outlook and Gmail.
- Communication with other team using such tools; Viber and telegram.
- Daily typing of Quality monitoring reports thru excel and words.

I am detail-oriented and passionate person who always goes above and beyond to get the task done. I always aim to exceed client’s expectation working within the deadlines assuring to provide high quality work, communication and excellent service.
