I have been into IT field for over 15 years. I started off as document designing, form designing, business writing i.e. letters and reports. Later I moved into programming and application development. I worked 5 to 6 years in Dubai in ERP modules enhancement, customization and reports development. During this period I was doing IT management, policy designing and all kind of IT support as well. During this period I also worked extensively on management report development and BI reports. Further enhancing my career I moved into ERP systems implementations. Involved in many local and international projects. Involved in complete cycle of projects, i.e. business studies, requirement gathering/analysis, future model designing, test/prototype/mockup demonstrations, training, production deployment and after live support.
