Work Terms

Work Hours: Flexible schedule based on the client’s time zone. Standard availability is 20–40 hours per week, with adjustments for urgent projects upon prior notice.
Communication: Regular communication via Slack, WhatsApp, or preferred platforms during agreed working hours.
Payment Terms
Hourly Rate: Starts at $10–$15/hour (adjustable based on project scope and complexity).
Minimum Budget: $50 for project-based tasks.
Payment Schedule: Weekly or monthly payments for ongoing projects. 50% upfront deposit for one-time or milestone-based projects, with the remainder upon completion.
Accepted payment methods: PayPal or Wise.
Deliverables: Work will be delivered on time, with status updates provided regularly. For revisions, clients are allowed up to 2 rounds at no extra charge. Further revisions will incur additional costs.
Confidentiality: All shared data and project details are strictly confidential. No information will be disclosed without the client’s prior consent.
Termination Policy: Either party may terminate the agreement with a 7-day notice for ongoing projects. Refunds for unused hours will be calculated and issued promptly.
Client Responsibilities: Clear communication regarding goals, preferences, and deadlines. Prompt feedback to ensure smooth workflows and timely completion.
Dispute Resolution: Any concerns will be discussed professionally and resolved promptly to maintain a positive working relationship.
