Work Terms
As a freelance professional, my goal is to deliver high-quality work tailored to meet your needs efficiently and effectively. Below are the terms and conditions governing my freelance services to ensure a smooth and professional working relationship.
1. Scope of Work
The scope of work for each project will be clearly defined in writing before work begins. Any changes or additional tasks outside the initial agreement will require a revised scope and may be subject to additional fees.
2. Communication
Clear and consistent communication is key to successful collaboration. I am available via email, phone, or agreed-upon communication platforms during business hours. Responses will typically be provided within 24 hours on business days.
3. Payment Terms
A detailed invoice will be provided for all services. Payments are due according to the timeline outlined in the agreement, typically within 14–30 days of invoice receipt. For larger projects, a deposit of up to 50% may be required before work begins. Payment methods accepted include PayPal, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon means.
4. Revisions
I aim for client satisfaction and offer revisions within reason. The number of revisions included will be specified in the project agreement. Revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
5. Confidentiality
All work and communication are handled with the utmost confidentiality. Any sensitive information shared during the course of the project will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, intellectual property rights for completed work are transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed. Drafts, concepts, or unpaid work remain my property.
7. Deadlines
