Freelancer Work Terms

As a freelance professional, I am committed to delivering high-quality, tailored work that aligns with your needs. The following terms and conditions establish a clear framework for our collaboration, ensuring a smooth and professional working relationship:

1. Scope of Work
The scope of work for each project will be clearly outlined and agreed upon in writing before the start of the project. Any changes or additions outside the initial agreement will require a revised scope and may result in additional fees.

2. Communication
Effective communication is key to successful collaboration. I am available via email, phone, or other mutually agreed-upon platforms during standard business hours. I aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours on business days.

3. Payment Terms
A detailed invoice will be provided for all services rendered.
Payment terms will be defined in the project agreement, typically requiring payment within 14–30 days of invoice receipt.
For larger projects, a deposit of up to 50% may be required before work begins.
Accepted payment methods include PayPal, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon options.
4. Revisions
To ensure satisfaction, I offer a reasonable number of revisions as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

5. Confidentiality
All work and communication are treated with the highest level of confidentiality. Any sensitive information shared during the project will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit prior consent.

6. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, all intellectual property rights for completed work will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed upon. Drafts, concepts, or unpaid work remain my intellectual property.
