I also have more than 1 year experience (BPO) as a Customer Service Representative for an American company that handles eCommerce websites for different clients, from antiviruses, electronics and eBooks that taught me how to deal with irate customers and still provide excellent customer service, with this I gain PATIENCE and lastly more than 4 years of experience as a Pharmacy Assistant for a big Pharmacy company in the Philippines that handled different kinds of drugs where I learned to have an eye for detail since these are very sensitive products that people are using for their health.
