Hi! I am Kimberly Anne Sarmiento from Manila, Philippines. I have 7 years working experience as a customer support in a BPO company here in the Philippines. I have handled support roles via calls, live chats and emails. I am hard working and efficient. I am also amenable to work in any work schedule.
I also have passion in travelling. I have done several trips here in the Philippines and I try to at least visit a new place once or twice a month.
I am willing to learn anything needed for a role and for me to deliver the outcome needed for a project.
