I would welcome the opportunity to deliver a presentation/keynote in the area of resiliency. I am a resiliency and mental toughness specialist, who helps women to grow an unshakable core of strength, power and happiness. I help them achieve grit so that they can conquer obstacles in their path in order to become the powerhouse women that they truly are through keynotes and signature courses.

I have and currently speak at conferences, some of my past and current clients are; The Crisis Pregnancy Centre, Dr. Paul’s Family Talk; I am a regular contributor to a number of publications and a regular presenter on She Did It and Selling in A Skirt podcast.
