Work Terms
1. Confidentiality: As a ghostwriter I understand the importance of maintaining the utmost confidentiality. Any information shared with me including project details ideas and personal information will be treated with the strictest confidence. I will not disclose or share any aspect of the work without prior written permission from the client.
2. Ownership and Rights: Upon payment for my services the client will own all rights to the completed work. As a ghostwriter I understand that I am providing a service and relinquish any claims to ownership authorship or royalties associated with the work. The client will have the right to publish distribute and utilize the project as they see fit.
3. Payment Terms: A clear payment structure will be established before the start of any project. Typically payment for ghostwriting services is agreed upon per word per page or on a project basis. A deposit may be requested prior to commencing the work with the remaining balance due upon delivery of the completed project. Payment methods (such as PayPal bank transfer or another agreed-upon method) will be discussed and confirmed.
4. Communication and Feedback: Clear and prompt communication is vital throughout the project. I will maintain regular contact with the client to ensure that the work is progressing according to their expectations. In turn the client is expected to provide timely feedback and clarification to aid in the completion of the project.
5. Project Timeline: Deadlines and project milestones will be agreed upon before the start of the project. It is important for both parties to honor the agreed-upon timeline. Any changes or extensions to the timeline should be addressed promptly through open communication.
6. Revisions: I am committed to providing high-quality work that meets the client's requirements. Upon delivery of the completed project the client will have a reasonable timeframe as previously agreed upon to review and request any necessary revisions.
