I operate for 12 hours each day, providing dedicated and focused services to address your editing and proofreading requirements. My working hours are flexible and can be adjusted to accommodate project deadlines and specific client needs.

2. Payment Terms:
Payment is due on the exact date specified in our agreement. Accepted payment methods should be outlined in the contractual agreement. I kindly request that all payments be rendered promptly to ensure a seamless workflow and continued collaboration.

3. Preferred Communication Style:
I prefer to communicate through Zoom, WhatsApp, and other official channels, as these methods allow for clear and efficient correspondence. I strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during my operating hours. This approach ensures that all project details, feedback, and revisions are articulated clearly and can be referenced as needed.

4. Confidentiality:
All materials submitted for proofreading and editing will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. I am committed to safeguarding your intellectual property and ensuring that your work remains secure throughout our collaboration.

5. Revisions:
I offer a specified number of revisions as stipulated in our agreement. Any additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon limit may incur additional charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon before implementation.
