Work Terms

Hours of Operation:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (PST)
Weekends: Closed (except for critical project milestones or emergencies, with prior notice)
Payment Terms:

Project-based Contracts:

30% upfront upon signing the contract.
40% upon completion of the mid-project milestone.
30% upon final project delivery and acceptance.
Retainer Contracts:


Hourly Contracts:

Billed bi-weekly based on reported hours.
Invoices are due within 7 days of receipt.
Preferred Communication Style:

Meetings: Virtual meetings will be conducted via platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams. In-person meetings can be scheduled if both parties are within a feasible radius and considering health and safety measures.

Urgent Communications: We prefer direct phone calls or instant messaging through platforms like Slack or Skype for time-sensitive matters.

Documentation and Reports: Shared via Google Drive or Dropbox, with restricted access to ensure confidentiality.

Feedback and Revisions:

We encourage clients to provide feedback after reviewing milestones. This ensures alignment with the project's objectives and timely delivery.
Two rounds of minor revisions are included in our standard contracts. Additional revisions might incur extra charges, depending on the extent of the changes requested.
Termination of Services:

Either party can terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice. Payment for all completed work up to the termination date is expected in such cases.
Data Protection and Confidentiality:

All client data and project details are treated with the utmost confidentiality. NDA agreements are welcome and can be signed upon request.
