Hello,
I have worked as a VA for a small website building firm since 2014. My duties for this company includes answering emails, creating proposals, communicating with potential and current clients, and some light bookkeeping.
I previously worked as a leasing consultant with a small leasing and property management company locally, in which I was in charge of property marketing, writing leases, showing properties, corresponding through email and telephone, updating the company website, and filing.
I worked as an REO Asset Manager and Construction Coordinator for 3 years where I was in charge of multiple vendor and construction companies completing work on Freddie Mac foreclosures. I was also responsible for assigning and dispatching construction companies work orders for rental properties contracted through my employer, approving work orders, approving work completed, as well as answering phones and communicating through email.
I also have experience from 2007-2012 working collections and account management, and as a sales manager. I was responsible for collecting payments through the phone and sometimes in person. I was responsible for sales in our office, managing employees, marketing and advertising, and hiring.
I have excellent customer service skills as well as written and spoken communication skills. I am detail oriented, well organized, and driven. I learn quickly and with a positive attitude. I will be graduating in 2021 with an associates degree in Business Administration.
Work Terms
My hours of operation are negotiable. I would prefer $15/hr pay, but this is negotiable as well. If offering a full time position I would be interested to now if insurance is available.
