? Developing Plot Plan & Equipment layout.
? Checking Vendor Drawings & finalizing Equipment Nozzle Orientations.
? Developing pipe routes connected with equipment like compressors, pig launchers, pumps, pressure vessels, storage tanks, shell & tube heat exchangers, columns, reactors, fired heaters, flare header system, and rack piping, etc.…
? Checking of piping Isometrics & piping GA drawings with respect to P&ID’s and PFD’s.
? Provide structural information to the Civil Department.
? Interaction with pressure vessel / rotating Equipment Department to resolve pipe layout problems.
? Good working knowledge in design & selection of pipe support.
? Familiar with pipe flexibility analysis requirements & process-related requirements required for developing basic pipe study layout.
? Good knowledge in preparation of preliminary piping material takes off (MTO) by developing a conceptual phase of pipe layout.
? Piping and Equipment modeling in PDS, SP3D, PDMS E3D and isometric extraction as per project standard.
? Resolving queries from construction sites to overcome bottlenecks created due to engineering during the construction phase.
? Reviewing vendor drawings & documents.
? Support selection for small-bore lines without computer analysis.
? Site Visits and field measurements.
